Each one has a stairway flanked by mythical snakes. They can also be called dragons. There is still confusion about these terms, but they are actually interchangeable. There are also elephant statues here. It is still used to this day by the locals as a place of worship, no wonders there are several monks that visit the temple on certain occasions. It is not only impressive from the outside, but the interior is just as stunning. Inside the temple, you will see the round columns to support the ceiling. There is a Buddha just beneath the ceiling.
