Beginners Day is a holiday excursion and great fun day out for all the family - a real diving experience for complete beginners!
You will be given a short lesson to learn basic diving concepts, followed by one on one with an instructor.
What is involved in learning to dive?
Diving is an exciting sport that opens up a world of totally unique experiences.There is a wide variety of courses and experience programs to suit your pocket and timescale.
All PADI and CMAS courses involve elements of knowledge development followed by practical training in shallow water and experience of deeper water, all under the close supervision of your instructor.
Do I need to be really fit?
No, anyone who has a reasonable level of fitness can dive. You should be able to swim 200 metres unaided and perform moderate exercise. There is a medical statement which you will be required to complete prior to diving. Please ask for a copy.Where is the best place to learn to dive?
Learning to dive on holiday, in warm clear water, in the sunshine is most people's preferred option. It allows you to devote all your attention to the course and see some fantastic marine life.How do I know I am getting a good quality course?

All instructors speak English and have been independently assessed byTukish Diving Federation TSSF.
